In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (RAL) entity. Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities are the entities authorized to carry out the mediation, conciliation and arbitration of consumer disputes in Portugal that are registered in the list of ADR entities provided by Law No. 144/2015.
