Delivery and returns


Delivery of products ordered online will be made via TNT. We usually deliver in 48 hours, after confirmation of the respective payment. Depending on the shipping options you choose, shipping date estimates may vary. Orders that are not paid, within 30 days from the date of the order, will be canceled. If any of the products you order are not in stock, you will be notified within 48 hours. We ship to virtually any country. Check if there are restrictions for some products, some cannot be sent to international destinations. Shipping fees for many products we sell are based on weight. The weight of any product can be found on its details page. To reflect the policies of the transportation companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next whole number.


If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Our products are purposefully imperfect, because they are often made by hand, either completely or with the aid of a sewing machine. If your order arrives damaged, send an email to customer service with clear photos of the damage. If requesting a refund, wait within four weeks after sending the package to the return sender. You will likely receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return as soon as we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). If you need to return an item, send an email to customer service with your order number and details about the item you want to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the items in your order.
